Are you a factory?
Yes, we are a professional sportswear manufacturing factory with over 20 years of experience in custom sportswear. We specialize in both OEM and ODM services and operate our own workshops, covering the entire process from design to production.
What's your MOQ?
No MOQ! We believe in the power of personalized sportswear and want every athlete to have access to it — even if they only need a single piece. However, teams and groups can take advantage of our attractive tiered pricing when ordering in larger quantities.
When will production of my order begin?
We will start processing your order after these information confirmed:
① Final design approved by you, including fabric selection
② Final quotation approved by you
③ Final approved order form, detailing quantities, sizes, names, and billing/shipping information
④ Payment (full payment, deposit, or purchase order)
How Can I Pay and what's is "prepayment"?
We accept the most common payment methods, including PayPal, T/T, Western Union, and Escrow, ensuring a smooth and convenient transaction process. A few hours after you place your order, we will send an invoice to your email, which you can pay in advance via bank transfer. Important: Because all products are custom-made and there are therefore no regular return options, we will begin production only after receiving your payment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since Tonton focuses exclusively on fully custom-made uniforms and apparel, we do not keep stock — every item is produced to order. Production typically takes around 5–15 days. However, we also offer an expedited service, with rush orders completed within 3 working days.
What are my shipping costs?
All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS Express air freight, with delivery typically taking 3–4 days. Flat-rate shipping fees depend on the quantity ordered. For detailed information, please contact us directly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been finalized and approved, cancellations are no longer possible. However, we can accommodate simple additions to your order. Please note that any modifications may impact the delivery timeline. Items with personalization cannot be canceled once the customization process has started.
Do you accept a rush order?
We accept rush order(within 7 days), 20%-50% rush fee needs to be added for worker's overwork.
Are there any additional fees for reorders?
All Tonton designs, order forms, and product samples are securely stored in our records or production sample room for easy reordering and replacements. We process all reorders with no minimum quantity requirements and without any additional surcharges.
Can I trust that my privacy will be protected?
At Tonton, we highly value our customers and are committed to safeguarding their privacy. We collect customer information solely to enhance your online shopping experience and to keep you informed about our products, services, and promotions. Your personal information and style design patterns will be kept confidential and will never be sold or rented to any third party.
How can I determine the right size to order?
You can use our size chart to find the best fit. For our hockey collection specifically, we recommend measuring your current jersey, socks, or shell pants and comparing the measurements to our size chart. For all other apparel and sports jerseys, please refer to your body measurements and match them with the chart for accurate sizing.
