Refund policy

At TontonFightGear, we strive for perfection. Since our products are custom-made independently and are not associated with any professional sports brands or leagues, we want to ensure you have a worry-free experience with our "Do-It-Right Guarantee."

1. The Do-It-Right Guarantee
If you notice any issues with your order, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your items. We will make it right if:

  • The items are materially different from your final confirmed design.
  • The items are printed or embroidered incorrectly.
  • The products received are different from what you ordered.

In these cases, we will reproduce the incorrect pieces for you or issue a full/partial refund according to your preference. If we are unable to reprint the pieces correctly, a full refund for those items will be issued within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned goods.

2. Custom Products & Cancellations
Each item is one-of-a-kind and made just for you.

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the item has not yet entered the production phase.
  • During/After Production: Once production begins, a $20 restocking fee per item will apply to any cancellation or return request, as the item is uniquely personalized and cannot be resold.
  • Blank Products: We do not accept returns or refunds for blank products that have been modified or altered for secondary sale.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Fund Availability: It typically takes 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original Payment: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item due to our error, we will fully refund your return postage.
  • Other Returns: For all other cases, original shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimers

  • 15-Day Limit: All sales are final after 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Brand Clarification: Our fightwears are independently designed and produced. They carry no professional sports league designations, brands, or associations with professional manufacturers.
