1. Order Processing & Handling Time
We offer different processing speeds depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping Orders: Processed and shipped within 5 – 10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping Orders: Prioritized and shipped within 1 – 3 business days.
Please note: Handling time applies to both standard and custom items. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Regions & Rates
We currently offer structured shipping rates to the United States (Contiguous US only), Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and select European Union countries.
Zone 1: North America (US Contiguous, Canada, Mexico)
Note: For the United States, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or other overseas territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).

3. Do You Ship Internationally?
We happily fulfill international orders beyond the regions listed above!
- Carriers: We use UPS, DHL, and YunExpress as our primary carriers.
- Production Time: Our production and handling times remain consistent for all international orders.
- Costs & Customs: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please note that depending on your home country, a customs tax/duty may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
- How to Order: For regions not listed in our standard checkout, please contact us via email to receive a custom shipping quote.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s official website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TontonFightGear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
